El hotel está bien ubicado y las habitaciones son cómodas, pero lamentablemente nuestra experiencia terminó muy mal.
Durante la estadía tuvimos que ducharnos un día con agua fría porque no había gas; otro día estuvimos sin luz ni agua y tampoco funcionó el desayuno; además, del baño salía constantemente olor a desagüe. No reclamamos por ninguno de estos inconvenientes y fuimos totalmente comprensivos.
Lo realmente insólito ocurrió en el check-out: nos mostraron una foto de una cama con una supuesta mancha y nos cobraron lavandería, asegurando que correspondía a nuestra habitación. No sabemos qué era esa mancha y estamos seguros de que nosotros no la hicimos. Una foto de una cama, que podría ser de cualquier habitación, tampoco demuestra absolutamente nada.
Después de haber sido comprensivos con todos los problemas del hotel, que al momento de salir nos cobren por algo que no hicimos me parece una falta de criterio enorme.
Una pena, porque el hotel tiene cosas positivas, pero la manera de manejar esta situación arruinó completamente nuestra impresión final.
